What I collect

I may collect the following information if you contact me:

  • contact information including email address

  • demographic information such as postcode, preferences and interests

 

What I do with the information I gather

I require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:

  • Internal record keeping.

  • I may use the information to improve any products and services

  • If you subscribe to a mailing list I may periodically send emails about new books, events or other information which I think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.

  • Occasionally I may collect data in relation to projects I work on or develop with Inclusive Minds or with clients. In these instances, we may share data with the client in question, but sharing of data would always be specified on any forms or documents used for collecting this data.

How long I keep the information I gather

General information is kept indefinitely unless you request it to be deleted. Data collected in relation to specific projects will be kept for the duration of the project, and for 1 year after publication of the project. The policy of our clients may vary, but we will provide their privacy policy in these instances.

I am committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, I have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information I collect online.
